When you fill in a contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
If you accept analytics cookies, usage data such as pages visited, approximate location and browser information is collected. If you decline, these tools are never loaded.
2. Why we process it
We process form data to answer your enquiry and to carry out pre-contractual discussions. Analytics data is used to improve the site, and only on the basis of your explicit consent.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Infrastructure providers we rely on (hosting, email and, if you consented, analytics) may process data to a limited extent. Beyond that we do not share data with third parties unless legally required.
4. How long we keep it
Messages received through forms are kept for a reasonable period after the enquiry is closed and then deleted. Analytics data is subject to the retention period of the tool concerned.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you may access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can reset your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated.
